Project Description: The Savings Bank of Utica - North Utica branch project consists of a new 2,500 square foot facility.  This facility is located in a mixed commercial and residential area.

 

This branch was designed to be a convenience center to accommodate a greater emphasis on the drive-thru customer, while providing a lobby with with three teller stations, customer service area, breakroom and restrooms.  This branch has four drive-thru stations and one drive-up ATM station.  The design of this facility was to become a prototype building which mimicked the lines & proportions of the distinctive 1911 main branch building.

 

The exterior of the building is finished with EIFS to resemble the main branch's stone exterior.  The roof is a combination of standing seam metal and rubber.
