Project Description: The Eastern Star Home Addition & Renovations project consists of a three story 29,070 square foot addition to an existing skilled nursing home and interior renovations to existing resident rooms.

 

The addition contains seventeen new private resident rooms, nurse stations and other support spaces, a large conference room, a large training room and a large physical therapy suite.

 

The exterior is finished with a combination of decorative masonry and EIFS.  The resident rooms on the sides of the addition have bow windows to bring in more light, make the rooms feel more expansive and bring a touch of home to the facility.

 

The interior is finished with a combination of real and faux wood accents and decorative carpeting for a warm and inviting experience.

 

Adjacent to this addition thirteen private and six semi-private rooms were renovated and received finish upgrades.
