Project Description: The PLC Trenching project consists of a two story, 10,500 square foot office addition to a recently constructed trenching equipment maintenance facility & shop.  This project was a design build project with Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp.

 

The building Owner desired a modern looking office building with high end finishes and furnishings.

 

The building exterior is finished with black metal wall panels setting on a polished masonry base.  The windows are tinted black and are butt glazed to provide a sleek looking exterior.

 

The interior is finished with marble tile floors, wood clad partition systems, ventilated wood ceilings and other high end modern finishes.  The furnishings, partition systems and coordinating finishes were selected by ROI Office Interiors.
