Project Description: The Steet Toyota-Scion Dealership project consists of additions and renovations to an existing dealership.  The existing 14,750 square foot facility was partially demolished and the remaining was stripped down to it's structure.  Then additions totaling 16,485 square feet were constructed for a total of 31,235 square feet on the first floor.  A 1,930 square foot parts & mechanical mezzanine was also included.

 

This virtually all new facility contains a large showroom, six car drive-in service reception, fifteen bay service garage with two wash bays, two bay new car delivery, all of typical sales & support offices, generous customer lounge, five service advisor stations, general office, dealer offices and conference room.

 

The exterior is finished with a combination of decorative concrete masonry units and metal wall panels, except for the service garage which is built from precast concrete, insulated, tilt-up wall panels.  The roof is EPDM.

 

This facility was designed to meet Toyota Design Guidelines for both the interior and exterior.
